CANCELLATION POLICY:
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Customers can make changes or cancel their order within 59 minutes of purchase by contacting the provided email address.
After this 59-minute window, the business cannot accommodate cancellations, as orders are processed quickly for delivery.
Return Policy:
Customers can return unopened packages as received within 7 days of delivery.
A refund will be provided minus a restocking fee and any return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and the refund amount is credited back to the original payment method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Our money-back guarantee applies only if a product is damaged during transport or delivered incomplete.
For hygienic reasons, tightly fitting clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned.
Additionally, customer results may vary. We do not guarantee identical results as described on our landing pages, as outcomes differ from person to person. Please use our products only as directed on the packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email hello@mylinalumiere.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be pre-approved by our team before shipping the item back. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Include your order number and shipping name with the return to ensure prompt processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refunds:
Once your return is received, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect the items. After confirming that all returned items are in good condition, your refund may take up to 40 business days to process from the date of confirmation. If you have not received your refund after we confirm it has been successfully processed, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse. All refunds are issued in euros (€EUR), based on the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign exchange or currency conversion.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as damage if the product remains intact.
Reporting Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@mylinalumiere.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement item at no extra cost. Refunds are not provided for damaged items, nor do we accept returns or issue replacements for damage caused by normal wear, tear, or misuse.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery beyond our control. This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors during transit.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
FRAUD PREVENTION:
To protect you from fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information provided to the payment processor.
We also monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information to verify a transaction.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
